How to fold a fitted sheet:

Take the sheet with all the corners turned right-side out. Take the two corners of the bottom of the sheet and turn them wrong-side out. Put them up into the corners at the top of the sheet. I like to make fists in each corner and then shake it. So, now you have the sheet in half, corners together. Fold in half tow more times and VOILA! A folded fitted sheet ;)
